Married couple looking for a flat in Lindenau/Plagwitz area

Hello!

We are are a married couple originally from Finland looking for a flat in the Plagwitz/Lindenau area.

Our criteria:
- from March/April on (we are moving out from the current flat latest on 31.3.2021)
- at least 45 m2, 2-3 rooms
- cats allowed
- warm rent max. ~650 e per month

Nice to have:
- EBK strongly preferred
- we love Altbau
- Tageslichtbad mit Wanne
- balkony or an access to garden

I work as a Lecturer in Web Development and I'd be moving along with my wife and our two cats. We are 35 and 29 and our cats are 9 and 7 years old. The cats have lived with us for years and are very neat and calm causing no damage to the apartment. We are also calm and reliable tenants with stable income. Our hobbies include video games and nature walks. As I have been a flat owner myself, I understand the importance of respecting the property of others.

Since we have been living in Germany only since the beginning of this year, I'm not sure if we can get a Schufa (solicitar ahora) yet, but we can provide you with copies of my pay slips, bank statements and other documents you might need. It should be possible to get a Wohnungsgeberbestätigung and to change the letterbox name.
