Software Engineer looking for a 1.5 - 2 rooms apartment for 1 person not too far from Hackerbrücke

Hello,
I'm a 29 years old French software engineer working for Check24, I'm looking for an apartment closer to work so I can easily commute by bike.

My main requirements are :
- kitchen in the living room or separated (I mainly want the bedroom to not be in the same room as the kitchen)
- 20 mins from work at most, either by bike, public transport or both. (Check24 in Arnulfstraße)
- max. 900€ Warmmiete. I can definitely go a bit higher for the right apartment
- a place to store a bike safe from weather (and theft)
- not a WG

A bit more about me.
I came to Munich in June 2019 and have been working for Check24 since then. I have a permanent contract and my probation period has finished in December, so I now want to find a more suitable place for long-term renting.
I can speak a bit of German but I'm still learning and lacking a lot of vocabulary, I will get there.

Ideally I would like to start renting in 3 months so I don't have to plan any arrangements to leave my current apartment before the notice period, but that can be sorted out if your apartment is available in 1 or 2 months.
