Paar sucht ein neues Zuhause (1-2 Zimmer)

Hallo zusammen! Wir sind Ainhoa ​​und Manuel, ein junges Paar aus Spanien und Kolumbien, das eine 1- oder 2-Zimmer-Wohnung sucht, die ab Oktober 2020 oder später langfristig gemietet werden kann. Unser Mietbudget beträgt bis zu 1200 Euro.

Ainhoa ​​ist eine Vollzeit-Masterstudentin für neurokognitive Psychologie an der LMU und arbeitet auch als wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft. Sie wird ihr Studium in September beenden und ist schon beschäftig in ein Kindergarten Vollzeit arbeiten ab Oktober. Manuel ist Ph.D. (Promotion) Kandidat in Paläontologie an der LMU. Er wird 3 Jahre lang beschäftigt sein.

Wir haben beide zuvor in Mietwohnungen in Deutschland gelebt, ohne Probleme mit unseren Vermietern oder den Nachbarn. Wir halten unsere Wohnungen gerne aufgeräumt und sind meistens ruhig, obwohl wir in unserer Freizeit gelegentlich gerne Musik spielen. Wir mögen Pflanzen und Gartenarbeit sowie Filme, gutes Essen und Wandern. Im Allgemeinen sind wir ein lockeres und offenes Paar und bemühen uns um eine gute Kommunikation mit unseren Vermietern und Nachbarn.

Hi everyone! We are Ainhoa and Manuel, a young couple from Spain and Colombia who are looking for a 1- or 2-room apartment that can be rented long-term from October 2020 or later. Our rental budget is up to 950 euros.

Ainhoa is a full-time neuro-cognitive psychology master student at the LMU and also works as a research assistant. She will finish her studies in September and has a full-time contract to work in a Kindergarten. Manuel is a Ph.D. candidate in paleontology at the LMU. He will be hired in this project for 3 years.

We have both lived in rented flats in Germany before without any issues with our landlords nor with the neighbors. We like to keep our flats tidy and we are mostly quite silent, although we like to play music occasionally in our free time. We like plants and gardening as well as films, good food, and hiking. In general, we are an easy-going and open couple and we seek to keep good communication with our landlords and neighbors.
