Hallo, ich bin Andrea und ich bin 40 Jahre alt. Ich suche eine 2/3-Zimmer-Wohnung etwa 30 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad vom Zentrum entfernt (oder auf jeden Fall in der Nähe der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel)

Ich brauche eine neue Unterkunft ab Ende April, max. Anfang Mai.

Ich würde im M-Bereich der Metro suchen. Die bevorzugten U-Bahn-Linien sind U1, U7, U2, U8 oder solche, die einen einfachen Zugang zum Hauptbahnhof ermöglichen. Das Gebiet, in dem ich suchen würde, wäre Giesing, aber ich bin auch bereit, woanders hinzuziehen.

Da ich kein Auto habe, wäre es wünschenswert, einen Supermarkt in der Nähe und Zugang zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu haben.

Ich suche eine möblierte Wohnung (oder zumindest mit einer Küche) mit mindestens 2/3 Zimmern.
Wenn eine kleine Terrasse, Garage / Parkplatz und / oder zum Beispiel ein Abstellraum zur Verfügung stehen, wäre es ausgezeichnet

Über mich:
Ich komme ursprünglich aus Vicenza (Italien), aber die letzten 6 Jahre habe ich in Szczecin (Polen) gelebt.

Ich interessiere mich für Kunst, Musik und Technik und versuche, mein Fahrrad so oft wie möglich zu benutzen. Ich mag Science-Fiction-Romane und -Filme.

Ich spreche Italienisch, Englisch, Französisch, ein wenig Spanisch und sehr wenig Polnisch und Deutsch.

I will need new accommodation from the end of April, max. beginning of May.

I would look in the M area of the metro. The preferred metro lines are U1, U7, U2, U8 or those that allow easy access to the central station. The area where I would look would be Giesing but I'm willing to move elsewhere.

Not having a car, it would be preferable to have a supermarket nearby and access to public transport.

I'm looking for a furnished apartment (or at least with a kitchen) with at least 2/3 rooms.
If a small terrace, garage / parking spot and / or for example a storage room are available, it would be excellent

About me:
I am originally from Vicenza (Italy), but for the past 6 years, I was living in Szczecin (Poland).

I am interested in art, music and technology and I try to use my bike as much as I can. I like sci-fi novels and movies.

I speak Italian, English, French, and little Spanish and very little Polish and German.
