an apartment for a family of 3

I am Naeimeh. A Master's student in English and American Studies from Iran. I need a place from March.I want to tell you about myself so that you can make a decision. The first thing you should know is that I have been accepted to Stuttgart University for Summer 2024. I am married and I live with my husband a and a 6-year-old daughter( I will attach a photo of my family).
I like German and I have been learning it however I can not speak it yet! Speaking of family, I should mention that we are quiet , responsible, and caring couple and our daughter, Atrina, is sensible and well-brought up. She is precise and organized, sociable and good at communicating with new people. She can speak and understand English quite well, not German yet. My husband , Masoud,is a civil engineer and an architect. He is also a yoga trainer and has a training certificate . He is also a university professor , teaches architecture and engineering subjects. He is committed and very tech-savvy. I am an environmentalist and care about environmental issues and I can say that our family is nearly zero waste. Cleanliness and hygiene matter to me , however, I am not a clean freak and I normally avoid chemical toxic cleaning products, since they are not environmental friendly and can also damage the infrastructure of the houses if used too much. We have no acquaintance in Germany so obviously we won’t bring too many guests.
I would like to watch movies with my family instead of throwing big parties.
We don’t smoke at all. On the weekend I’m into movies, music, hiking. My husband and I are very family-oriented and prefer to spend our leisure time together. However since our daughter is born we welcome small gatherings with other parents whose children are at the our daughter's age. What I particularly loved about your place was how cozy and neat it looks and it is very inviting to me. I hope I have given you an idea of what I am like and what my situation is.
