I'm leaving my beloved flat after spending two years here and am helping my landlady (German, speaks English) find a next tenant. The apartment is located at Weißdornweg 14. It’s on the 19th floor and faces south. The apartment has large windows and is bright all day. It has two balconies with an amazing Swabian Albs view. The kitchen is fully equipped. I have lived for about two years in the flat and didn’t have any issues with the flat or the neighbors. The flat is ideal for a family or flatshare with two people.

Sie befindet sich im 19. Stock und ist nach Süden ausgerichtet. Die Wohnung hat große Fenster und ist den ganzen Tag hell. Sie hat zwei Balkone mit herrlichem Blick auf die schwäbische Alb. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Ich habe etwa zwei Jahre in der Wohnung gelebt und hatte keine Probleme mit der Wohnung oder den Nachbarn. Die Wohnung ist ideal für eine Familie oder eine Wohngemeinschaft mit zwei Personen.
The apartment is located north of Tuebingen. A bus stop is a few minutes away. You can reach the old town and the train station in 10-15 mins. There is a large Edeka just downstairs. Several research facilities are within 10-15 min walking distance. Behind the building is a forest where you can do outdoor activities.
