Die Eisvogelgasse liegt in einer Nebengasse der Gumpendorferstrasse und hat daher eine super gute öffentliche Anbindung ( 3 Minuten zu u4 Station margarethengürtel , 3 Minuten u6 Station gumpendorferstrasse, 3 Minuten Bus 57a )
Von hier ist man sehr schnell im Zentrum , die u Bahn Station Westbahnhof zB ist von hier mit dem Rad nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
Ich wohne erst seit 2 Monaten hier und ziehe nur vorübergehend aus, da ich ein Auslandssemester mache, daher ist die Wohnung so gut wie noch nicht "gebraucht". Bei mir war die Wohnung ein Erstbezug :) Die Wohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt, zwei sehr helle, ruhige Zimmer (Wohnzimmer / Küche ) und ein Schlafzimmer. Ich wohne alleine hier, man kann aber auch ohne Probleme mit seinem Freund / Freundin hier wohnen! Die Wohnung würde inklusive Heizung , Fernseher, Internet etc auf 880€ kommen.
