I am looking for an appartment for my boyfriend and I, near the University of Vienna. We would like a single bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen, with a starting date in August 2014. We need an appartment with all furnitures included because we come from Canada. We plan on renting the appartment for 1 year.
We are very easy going people and are trustful tenants. I am a doctoral student in Earth Sciences and my boyfriend will do his Master's in Biochemistry. Of course we are open to negociate.
