Ich vermiete meine Wohnung im Zeitraum zwischen dem 01.09. und 20.09. flexibel für kurze Aufenthalte. Möglich sind Zeiträume von mindestens 2 Übernachtungen bis maximal ca. 2 Wochen – die genauen Daten können wir individuell abstimmen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und gleichzeitig schön ruhig zum Wohnen und eignet sich perfekt für einen kurzen Berlin-Aufenthalt – z. B. für einen Städtetrip, ein verlängertes Wochenende oder einen beruflichen Aufenthalt.

📍 Lage & Anbindung

• S-Bahn Anhalter Bahnhof in der Nähe
• U6 ab Kochstraße / Checkpoint Charlie
• U1 & U3 ab Hallesches Tor
• Buslinien M29 & M41 mit sehr guter Anbindung u. a. Richtung Charlottenburg, Neukölln und Hauptbahnhof
• Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés fußläufig erreichbar
• Der Bergmannkiez mit zahlreichen Cafés, Bars, kleinen Läden und Restaurants ist ebenfalls schnell zu Fuß erreichbar

• geeignet für 1 Person, maximal 2 Personen

• voll eingerichtet
• alles vorhanden, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht

Da ich selbst die meiste Zeit in der Wohnung lebe, würde ich einen achtsamen und respektvollen Umgang mit der Wohnung und meinen persönlichen Sachen voraussetzen. Die meisten meiner Sachen werde ich während der Zeit in der Wohnung lassen. Ich würde daher darum bitten, Schränke und private Bereiche nicht zu öffnen bzw. persönliche Gegenstände nicht zu benutzen.

• bitte keine größeren Besuchergruppen

Für die Vermietung würde ich eine angemessene Kaution vereinbaren, damit mögliche Schäden entsprechend abgesichert sind.

I am renting out my apartment for short stays between September 1 and September 20. Stays are possible for a minimum of 2 nights and up to approximately 2 weeks; we can coordinate the exact dates individually.

The apartment is very centrally located while still being pleasantly quiet, making it ideal for a short stay in Berlin — for example, a city trip, a long weekend, or a work-related visit.

• Bus lines M29 & M41, offering excellent connections to Charlottenburg, Neukölln, Berlin Central Station, and other areas
• Shops, restaurants, and cafés within walking distance
• The Bergmannkiez, with its many cafés, bars, small shops, and restaurants, is also easily reachable on foot

As I live in the apartment most of the time myself, I would expect the apartment and my personal belongings to be treated with care and respect. I will be leaving most of my things in the apartment during the rental period, so I kindly ask that you do not open cupboards or private areas or use any personal belongings.

I would require a reasonable security deposit to cover any potential damage.
