I am subletting my fully furnished 1-room apartment in the heart of Kreuzberg (near U-Bahn station Schlesisches Tor). The apartment is available flexibly for the rest of August, and/or the entire month of September.
Location: Super central right at Schlesisches Tor (a lively, vibrant neighborhood). Supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, Spätis, Görli, and the Landwehrkanal are just a few minutes' walk away. Excellent connections to public transit (U1/U3 as well as buses).
Rental periods & conditions:
• Rest of August (Aug 7 – Aug 31): €650 flat rate
• September (Sep 1 – Sep 30): €850 flat rate
• All-inclusive flat rate covering all utilities (electricity, heating, Wi-Fi).
