Since I am going back to my home country, I am looking for the next tenant of my one-room studio. The contract can start from September 1st 2026, but you can live and move in at the earliest August 21st 2026.

I am particularly looking for a tenant who is willing to take over all of my furniture for **€700 (non-negotiable)**. This includes a king-size bed and mattress (200 × 180 cm), shelves, a sofa, a washing machine, kitchen storage shelves, a wardrobe, a height-adjustable desk with chair, and more.
