Studio Apartment in Student Dorm

I’m offering my studio apartment in the Olympisches Dorf student dormitory for 3 months starting November 1. Moving in earlier may also be possible.
The studio is furnished with everything you need for basic living, including:
- A bed with a brand-new, unopened mattress
- A table and chair
- A kitchenette with a fridge
- A private bathroom

I can also provide a Wohnungsgeberbestätigung for registration, if needed.

Note: Since this is a student dormitory, I can unfortunately only sublet to currently enrolled students. I will, therefore, also need an enrollment certificate, which I will forward to STW.

If you’re interested, feel free to send me a message!

P.s. I am subletting due to the 3 month notice period of my current contract. After the 3-month sublet, there may also be an opportunity to negotiate a rental arrangement for my current room in Schwabing for €730/month.
