Well connected to Alexanderplatz (25 min by tram/bike), PBerg/Mitte, Friedrichshain and only a 10 min ride to the lake Weisensee ☀️ with a beautiful park and nature. The tram stop is right in front of the building, lines m13 and 12.

Perfect for one or two people, comfortable, spacious, silent and beautifully decorated 😊
No pets or smoking allowed.

The flat is available between the 2nd - 20th of October, and the rent for the whole period is 800€
If you need less days that's open to be discussed :)

Total rent including all utilities (heating, electricity, Wifi, TV/Radio tax). I ask for a 250€ deposit which I'd return the latest one week after you've moved out.
