Ideal for short-term stays, business trips or temporary relocation. Registration (Anmeldung) is not possible, due to the short length of stay. Smoking is possible on the balcony. Quiet building with respectful neighbors. Please respect the building’s quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all residents. Parties and loud music are not permitted. The flat is for one person only.
