The flat

This is a quiet flat, not a party WG.
Looking for someone tidy and respectful who prefers a calm and independent shared-living environment.
Keeping shared areas clean and orderly after use is essential and expected from everyone.

Viewings are currently available on Tuesdays from 5–7:30 p.m., Thursdays from 4:30–7 p.m. (starting time to be confirmed on some Thursdays), and Saturdays from 11 a.m.–1 p.m.

Contract: 12 months.

U7 and U9 are around 5 minutes away, with several bus lines nearby.
City West, central Berlin, universities and other parts of the city are easy to reach. Supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, gyms and everyday shops are all within walking distance.

The flat has a quiet, independent atmosphere. We are looking for someone respectful, tidy and easy to live with.

-This is not a party WG. Everyone has their own space and privacy, but a friendly chat from time to time is always welcome.
-There is no shared living room, so the WG is best suited to someone who enjoys an independent lifestyle and values their own space.
Keeping the kitchen, bathroom and other shared areas clean and tidy after use is important. We take turns doing the weekly cleaning of the common areas.
-The WG is currently going through a change of tenants, as the other rooms are also becoming available. This means the new flatmates will be starting around the same period rather than joining an already established WG.

Contract: 12 months. Anmeldung possible.
Valid residence permit for the full rental period and regular/secured income or funding required.
