If you don't have full time job vollZeit with unlimited job contract, and at least 1year working full time, than you could maybe get this apartment but than deposit would be maybe 2000€ or higher!! Or however you can arrange with the landlord..... So please don't contact me if you dont have money or unlimited job contract (unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag) because I'm already receiving too many messages.

Im moving out, and this lovely 1 zimmer Wohnung is available soon or asap, when? I can't tell that untill I sign my contract for the new place.

Kitchen - included FRIDGE, BED construction 200x80cm and clothes Kabinetts are included, big mirror.

AND the TV is also included.

You can watch TV in complete darkness when is day time, because I had bought big expensive curtains. On the photo curtains are not completely extended to the ground because i dont watch TV. You can extend curtains to the ground.
TV was in the keller untill today. Got few channels, for more i guess you have to buy something extra idk, because I never watch TV.


Location is PERFECT, right next to Ubahn(U2, U9) , Penny is right on the corner and Family Markt. Next to it is Amazing FRESH warm/hot Turkish bread bakery (frisches Fladenbrot- 40cent per piece) I highly recommend it. Sofram GRILL (Kebab etc)

SONNENSTUDIO is near ☀️🌞☀️

Anyway, just Google Penny store and check on Google map, a lot of useful things are available in this small area. Bonames mitte

Rewe is walk near. IKEA is few minutes far away with a car.

Only 20min with ubahn to Hauptwache

Late night evening is extremely quiet here, very quiet.

Internet is NOT included.


But connection is available for your to buy/connect your own wlan . I have currently very strong 02 internet here.
