Hey! Du suchst ein temporäres Zuhause in Berlin? Dann melde dich gerne! Ich vermiete meine schöne sanierte Altbau-Wohnung von Oktober bis April (ggf. auch länger). Ich weiß noch nicht genau, wie lange ich weg bin. Falls ich früher zurückkomme und du gerne länger bleiben möchtest, wäre das auch möglich: Dann würden wir die Wohnung für eine Weile teilen – sie hat zwei Zimmer. Während meiner Abwesenheit hättest du die ganze Wohnung (außer meinem abgeschlossenen Zimmer) für dich, und wenn ich wieder da bin, hättest du weiterhin dein eigenes Zimmer, nur eben mit mir als Mitbewohnerin. In dem Fall würdest du natürlich für diesen Zeitraum dann die Hälfte zahlen. Melde dich einfach und wir schauen, wie es passt :)

Das Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer hat einen Balkon und ist ca. 20qm groß. Insgesamt ist das Zimmer sowie auch die gesamte Wohnung sehr ruhig. Auf dem Bild ist noch ein Sofa mit integrierter Matratze zu sehen, aber es kommt stattdessen ein richtiges Bett rein :)

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet.

Hey! Are you looking for a temporary home in Berlin? Feel free to get in touch! I am renting out my beautiful, renovated apartment from October till April (possibly longer). I’m not yet sure how long I’ll be away. If I return earlier and you’d like to stay longer, that’s also possible. In that case, we could share the apartment for a while – it has two rooms. While I’m away, you’d have the whole apartment (except for my locked room) to yourself, and if I come back, you’d still have your own room, just with me as a flatmate. You'd of course only pay half of the rent for this time. Just reach out and we’ll see how it fits :)

The bedroom/living room has a balcony and is about 20sqm. Overall, the room as well as the whole apartment is very quiet. In the picture, you can see the sofa bed, but there will be a proper bed in the room :)

The kitchen is fully equipped.
