cozy 1-room studio for sublet (FEMALE ONLY)

The apartment could not be more center in Wedding than this! You can find bars, restaurants, spätis, cafes right at your doorstep. The U6 & U9, as well as the Bus stops and two big supermarkets are all reachable within 1min. Of walking. Wednesdays & Saturdays you have the weekly fruit & vegetable market of Leopoldplatz and Genter Market just next to you as well.

Despite this central location, the apartment is very quiet since it is situated in the “Hinterhaus”. Therefore you do not hear any noise from the street :)

If you like swimming, bouldering, pilates or going to the gym, no worries, wedding got you covered, also everything in walking distance - I can give you some recommendations if needed.

Also, if you are more a bike type of person, here comes a big bonus: I will leave you my city bike AND my beloved TANDEM bike which you are welcome to use. However, the winters in Berlin can be quite cold and snowy.

Vieiwings can be scheduled rather flexibly. I also speak german fluently if thats your preferred language.

As I also only recently moved in to this apartment, the kitchen is still under construction, pictures will only be available by the 2nd week of september (but this means you get a super new and fresh kitchen ✨). All the furniture is mine so I am looking for a clean, responsible person to take the apartment while I’m gone.

Another BONUS: Since I’m leaving the country for this time, I can also leave you my Urban Sports & Yorck Unlimited subscription.
