Very nice one room apartment near Bergerstrasse

I’m moving out of my beautiful apartment, which I wish I could stay in longer. Unfortunately, due to work, I’ll be relocating to another city.

The apartment is in excellent location near Berger Straße. U Bahn is only a 2-minute walk away, and you can reach Hbf in just 7 minutes via the U4. Rewe, Aldi, DM, Müller, TK Max, and an Asian market are all within a 5-minute walk.

The apartment features a spacious bedroom and a large, fully equipped kitchen. I will be leaving all my furniture, so the new tenant will need to take over everything for an agreed price.

The landlord is very nice. You would typically only meet him once for the contract signing and key handover. But make sure that you have a proof of income along with Linkedin profile and Mieterselbstauskunft (form to be filled later)
