I’m looking for a replacement tenant for my furnished student studio, available from 1 September 2026.
Because this is a student residence, the new tenant must be enrolled at a university, and the minimum rental period until 30.09.2027.
*Edit*: Young professionals may also be able to rent. Instead of a study certificate, we will need employment and liability insurance proof.
