I am subletting my flat for 1 month (From 30th of September to the 30th of October). I live on Potsdamer Street 63, 10785 Berlin in a student dorm. My flat/room is about 22 m2 with its mini kitchen and bathroom. Anmeldung is NOT POSSIBLE for the time period.

I am looking for a friendly renter. 😊

The deposit is 150€, which should be paid to finalize the rent and will be paid back on the day of departure if the apartment remains in the same condition as while moving in.

The price is 550€ for the month, from which 200€ should be paid with the deposit and the rest 1 week after moving in. (Details can be adjusted).
