Ich möchte meine voll möblierte Wohnung vom 17. August bis zum 2. Septemebr an nur eine Person untervermieten. Schau mal alle Details an:
- Vollständig möbliert
- In der Nähe der Ubahn Osloer Straße
- 40 m2
- Die Miete beträgt 400 Euro für den gesamten Zeitraum
- Ich benötige eine Kopie Ihres Personalausweises oder Reisepasses, die ich zur Information an meinen Vermieter weitergeben werde
- Rauchen, Drogen und Partys sind nicht erlaubt

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock und liegt gegenüber einem Krankenhaus. Man könnte einige Krankenwagen und Verkehr hören, aber es war nie ein Thema für mich.

I would like to sublet my fully furnished flat to just one person from August 17th to September 2nd. Have a look at all the details:
- Fully furnished
- Close to Osloer Straße underground station
- 40 m2
- The rent is 400 euros for the entire period
- I need a copy of your identity card or passport, which I will pass on to my landlord for information
- Smoking, drugs and parties are not allowed

The flat is on the 4th floor and is opposite a hospital. You might hear some ambulances and traffic but it was never an issue for me.
