Ich vermiete meine schöne, helle 2-Zimmer Wohnung mitten in der Schanze. Die Wohnung liegt zwar mitten im Geschehen aber durch die ruhige Straße (kein Durchgangsverkehr) ist es super ruhig.
Die Wohnung hat ein modernes Bad mit Badewanne, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine und alles was ihr zum Kochen und Backen benötigt. Das Wohn- und Esszimmer ist schön hell und man guckt direkt in die grünen Bäume. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein gemütliches 1.80m Bett.

Die Miete beträgt 300€/Woche für den Zeitraum und ich nehme eine Kaution von 250€, die ihr natürlich zurück bekommt, wenn alles tutti ist :)
Ich bin ein wenig flexibel was die genaue Mietdauer angeht, also sagt gerne Bescheid.
