Sehr geräumige Wohnung im 3. Stock eines renovierten Altbaus mit Blick auf einen Innenhofgarten in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist minimalistisch und funktionell, aber gleichzeitig gemütlich eingerichtet.

Das verfügbare Zimmer ist ca. 25 m2 groß, und die restliche verfügbare Wohnfläche beträgt etwa 30 m2. Insgesamt stehen ca. 55 m2 für eine Person zur Verfügung.

Das Fenster blickt direkt auf den Innenhofgarten des Gebäudes, von dem aus man Ruhe und einen schönen Blick auf Bäume genießen kann. Das Zimmer wird komplett möbliert vermietet: großes Bett (Schlafsofa), Nachttisch, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Lampe, Bettwäsche, Handtuch, Kopfkissen, Kleiderständer etc.

* * * Wichtig: Die Wohnung wird in einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Zustand übergeben. Ich suche eine ordentliche und sorgfältige Person, die verantwortungsvoll mit der Wohnung umgeht. Für die Rückzahlung der Kaution ist die Rückgabe im gleichen Zustand Voraussetzung.

Eine Anmeldung (Wohnsitzanmeldung) ist leider nicht möglich. Bitte nur melden, wenn du keine Anmeldung benötigst.

Die Wohnung wird nur an eine Einzelperson untervermietet und ist leider nicht für Paare geeignet.

Very spacious apartment located on the 3rd floor of a renovated old building, overlooking an interior garden in a very quiet area. The apartment has a simple, minimalist, and functional style, but it is still very cozy.

The room is approximately 25 m2, and the rest of the available apartment space is about 30 m2. In total, approx. 55 m2 is available for one person.

The window faces directly onto the building’s interior garden, where you can enjoy peace and a lovely view of the trees. The room is rented fully furnished: large bed (sofa bed), nightstand, desk, chair, lamp, duvet, sheets, towel, pillow, clothes rack, etc.

* * * Important: The flat is handed over in a spotless and very tidy condition. I am looking for a clean and responsible person who will take good care of it. The return of the deposit requires that the flat is handed back in the same condition.

Registration (Anmeldung) is unfortunately not possible. Please only contact me if you do not need an Anmeldung.

The flat is rented to one person only and is unfortunately not suitable for couples.
