Our large number of co-living apartments all consist of spacious and bright rooms in a modern design. The best part is, everything is already fully furnished. In other words, you can literally grab your suitcase and move in tomorrow!

All of the rooms are already equipped with the essentials like heating, electricity, water and internet.

We are located in ‘Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf’, which is one of the greenest areas in all of Berlin.The building is 5 min walking distance away from S Hohenzollerndamm (S41/S42 - Ringbahn, S46) and few minutes away from the Grieser Platz bus stop, bus nr 110.
The nearest supermarkets are Edeka and Lidl.
There are also plenty of cafes and shops around: Trattoria Il Gusto Italiano Pizzeria, Restaurant Feigen&Oliven, Trattoria Don Carlo, Backstube Zuckersüß, Restaurant Genazvale and more.

The building is close to Bürgeramt Hohenzollerndamm, and just few minutes walking distance away from the Stadtbad Wilmersdorf II - Berliner Bäder Pool and the Sommerbad Wilmersdorf. The area is very central, but at the same time very green, so it ́s perfect for walks and outdoor activities.

What exactly does “fully equipped” mean?
Being able to move into a new place the next day does not happen very often, yet we make it possible! Therefore, we have not only taken care of all the necessary amenities, but these are also included in the price and do not involve any additional charges.

Check-in /out:
- Check-in hours: Monday - Friday from 10:00 - 16:00
- The key transfer will take place at the building (you will receive the address once your booking is confirmed).

Unsere zahlreichen Co-Living-Apartments bestehen alle aus geräumigen und hellen Zimmern mit modernem Design. Das Beste daran: Alles ist bereits vollständig möbliert. Mit anderen Worten – du kannst buchstäblich deinen Koffer packen und direkt morgen einziehen!

Alle Zimmer sind bereits mit den wichtigsten Dingen wie Heizung, Strom, Wasser und Internet ausgestattet.

Wir befinden uns in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, einem der grünsten Bezirke Berlins. Das Gebäude liegt nur 5 Gehminuten vom S-Bahnhof Hohenzollerndamm entfernt (S41/S42 – Ringbahn, S46) und nur wenige Minuten vom Busbahnhof Grieser Platz (Buslinie 110).

In der Nähe befinden sich Supermärkte wie Edeka und Lidl.

Die Schlüsselübergabe findet direkt am Gebäude statt (die genaue Adresse erhältst du nach Bestätigung deiner Buchung).
