Da meine aktuelle Mitbewohnerin im September ausziehen wird, wird ein schönes Zimmer frei! Es ist Teil einer 3-Zimmer Wohnung, neben meinem eigenen Zimmer gibt es noch ein großes Ess- und Wohnzimmer.
Das Zimmer ist zur Sonnenseite und zum Garten hin ausgerichtet und hat ein großes Fenster (mit Jalousie).
Vor einem Monat wurde eine neue Heizung mit neuen Heizkörper in allen Zimmern installiert. Deshalb sind noch graue Flecken an den Wänden in der Wohnung zu sehen.

My current flatmate is moving out in September, so a nice room will be available. The room ist part of a 3 room Apartment. Apart from my own room there is also a spacious dining / living room.
The room is facing the garden and is sunny and has a big window (with blinds).
A month ago, a new heating system was installed. Because of that, there are still some gray spots on the walls.

Die Wohnung liegt an einer Straße. Dank ausgezeichneter Fensterdämmung ist die Wohnung trotzdem ruhig. Im zu vermietendem Zimmer ist es ohne Probleme möglich, mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen, da es zum Garten ausgerichtet ist.
Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle mit Anbindung zum Hauptbahnhof und zum Charlottenplatz ist keine 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Läuft man 5 Minuten, ist man an der Haltestelle Stöckach. Mit der Straßenbahn braucht man 5 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof oder Charlottenplatz.
Am Stöckach befindet sich ein Edeka, Bäcker, sowie Bio- und Asiamarkt. Läuft man 10 Minuten (oder fährt 3 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn) erreicht man den Ostendplatz mit Rewe, DM, Post und Apotheken.
In 5 Minuten ist man außerdem entweder im Schlosspark oder Villa Berg Park.

The apartment is situated at a road. But the apartment is very quiet thanks to superbly insulated windows. It is possible to sleep with an open window because the room faces the garden.
Walking to a tram station with connections to Central Station and Charlottenplatz takes less than 2 minutes. If you walk 5 minutes you will reach Stöckach. The tram will take you Central Station or Charlottenplatz within 5 minutes.
At Stöckach you can find a Supermarket, Bakery, as well as an organic market and asian market. If you walk 10 minutes (or take the tram for 3 minutes) you will reach Ostendplatz which has another supermarket. As well as a drug store, a post office and multiple pharmacies.
If you walk 5 minutes you will also reach both the Schlosspark as well as the Villa Berg Park.

Ich, Georg, bin dein potentieller Mitbewohner. Ich studiere Jazz & Pop Klavier an der HMdK Stuttgart. Sauberkeit und Ordnung ist mir wichtig. Deshalb wird es einen Putzplan geben.
Ansonsten ist meine Devise für das WG-Leben: Alles kann, nichts muss.
Ich koche gerne gemeinsam und spiele auch gerne Brett- & Gesellschaftsspiele. Als neue/r Mitbewohner*in bist du immer herzlich eingeladen! Ich nehme es dir aber nicht übel, wenn du Zeit für dich selber brauchst.
Ich veranstalte gerne Kochabende und Spielabende mit meinen Freunden. Das steht dir natürlich auch offen. Häufige, laute WG-Partys möchte ich nicht.

I, Georg, am your potential flatmate. I am studying Jazz & Pop Piano at HMdK Stuttgart. It is important to me that the apartment is clean and tidy. So there will be a cleaning rota.
But otherwise, my philosophy for WG life is: Things can be done, nothing has to be done.
I like to cook together and I also love to play Card and Boardgames. As my new flat mate you are always welcome to join me! But I do not take offense if you need time for yourself.
I like to invite friends for cooking and/or game nights. You can of course also do that! I only ask that you do not throw big wild WG-Partys.
