Das Zimmer ist hell und verfügt durch das große Fenster über viel Tageslicht. Es ist vollständig möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch/Arbeitsplatz, Bürostuhl und Stauraum.

Küche und Badezimmer werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt. Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Herd/Backofen und den üblichen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet.

Miete: 600 € pauschal / all inclusive
Nebenkosten, Strom, Heizung und Internet sind bereits enthalten.

Das Zimmer eignet sich ideal für Studierende, Praktikanten, Berufstätige oder Personen, die für einige Wochen eine Unterkunft in München suchen.

Gesucht wird eine saubere, zuverlässige und respektvolle Person.

I'm temporarily subletting my furnished room in a shared apartment in Munich for a few weeks in September.

The room is bright and comfortable, with a large window and plenty of natural light. It comes furnished with:

single bed and mattress
large desk/workspace
office chair
storage space
Wi-Fi

The apartment has a shared kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, sink and the usual kitchen equipment.

The rent is €600 all inclusive, so there are no additional utility costs.

The room is particularly suitable for a student, intern, working professional or somebody who needs a temporary place in Munich.

I'm looking for one clean, respectful and reliable person.
