Da ich für ein Jahr ins Ausland gehe, vermiete ich meine Wohnung (ca 40 m2) vom 15.10.26 bis 31.08.27 möbliert unter.

Die Wohnung zeichnet sich durch große Fenster aus und bietet daher auch im Berliner Winter stets genug Licht. Optimal geschnitten für eine Person: Wohn-/Esszimmer, Schlafzimmer, ein En-suite-Bad mit Dusche und Toilette, eine Gästetoilette und ein Südbalkon – perfekt fürs Homeoffice im Sommer!

Die Wohnung liegt im 5. OG (mit Aufzug) eines Neubaus, ist modern ausgestattet mit Fußbodenheizung, hat sehr gute Schalldämmung (man hört wirklich nichts von den Nachbar:innen) und einen Fahrradkeller.

Ich lasse alle Möbel in der Wohnung – du kannst also einfach mit deinem Koffer kommen und dich direkt heimisch fühlen :)

Miete: 1250 € warm (inkl. Nebenkosten, Strom und Internet)

Bright modern 2-room apartment for one person, temporary sublet

I am going abroad for a year, so I am subletting my apartment (approx. 40 m2) furnished from 15.10.26 to 31.08.27.

The apartment features large windows, so it stays bright even during Berlin winters. Perfectly laid out for one person: living/dining room, bedroom, an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate guest toilet, and a south-facing balcony – perfect for working from home in summer!

The apartment is on the 5th floor (with elevator) of a new-build, modernly equipped with underfloor heating, very good sound insulation (you really don't hear the neighbors), and a bike storage room in the basement.

I will leave all my furniture in the apartment – so you can just show up with your suitcase and feel right at home :)

Rent: €1,250 all-inclusive (includes utilities, electricity, and internet)
