2 room apartment furnished, 4 months sublet

Hallo zusammen! Ich muss beruflich für ein paar Monate ins Ausland und möchte meine Wohnung in der Zeit an eine vertrauensvolle Person untervermieten. Es ist eine Wohnung mit Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer, großem Bad mit Fenster, voll eingerichtete Küche und Balkon. Die Wohnung wird möbliert und ausgestattet vermietet. Der S-Bahnhof Friedrichsfelde ist ca. 7 min zu Fuß entfernt (S5, S7, S75). Zum Ostkreuz sind es drei Stationen, 7 min.
In der Vergangenheit habe ich das bereits schon so gemacht und es hat super geklappt. Die Miete enthält Kosten für Strom sowie Internetanschluss.
Mir ist wichtig, dass ich dich vorher kennenlerne, die Person sorgfältig mit der Wohnung umgeht und sie sauber hält. Keine wilden Partys, da ich meine lieben Nachbaren schätze.
Die Wohnung passt, wenn du beruflich nach Berlin musst und bereits alles bereit haben möchtest.

Hi everyone! I have to go abroad for work for a few months and would like to sublet my apartment to a trustworthy person during that time. The apartment has a living and bed room, a big bathroom with a window, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. The apartment is going to be fully furnished and equipped. S-Bahn Friedrichsfelde Ost is 7 min away by foot. Ostkreuz is three stops away, 7 min.
In the past I have done this when going away and it worked smoothly. The rent includes electricity and Wi-Fi.
It is important for me to get to know you a bit, that you take care of the place and keep it clean. Please no wild parties as I appreciate my lovely neighbors.
The place works if you are in Berlin for a while e.g. for work and would like to have everything furnished and equipped and ready to live in.
