It is a beautiful 2 room apartment (50sqm) in a renovated 'Altbau' with high ceilings, 4 large windows with view on the Landwehr canal in Kreuzkölln (Kreuzberg/Neukölln).
1 large bedroom with a queen size double bed, 1 living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. (washing machine, wifi etc... included)

3rd floor apartment is located on Maybachufer, a canal street with the 'oriental' market on tuesdays and fridays and a crafts market on saturdays.
In the neighborhood are numerous great restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs, grocery stores and shopping possibilities.
U8 + U1 metro stations are within 2min and 5min walking distance, respectively.

No smoking
Not suitable for pets
No parties or events
Quiet hours after 10pm! (sensitive neighbors working in hospital)
and no shoes preferred
