We rent our apartment for 1 year from July 2025.

The rented place is 1 large and bright room with expandable sofa, dining table and desk and 1 bedroom with middle sized bed, side board and wardrobe (Bedroom can be viewed on-site).

The kitchen is included with cooking as well as fridge and dishwasher.
The bathroom has a bathtub. Washing machine usage can be discussed.

There is also a balcony where smoking is possible. (Smoking inside the room isn't allowed)

The kitchen is rented with kitchen utensils as well as refrigerator and dishwasher.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and the use of the washing machine can be discussed.
There is also a balcony on which smoke can be smoked. (smoking in the apartment is not allowed.)

wir vermieten unsere Wohnung für ein Jahr ab Juli 2025.

Vermietet wird 1 großes und helles Zimmer mit Schlafsofa, Ess- und Schreibtisch sowie 1 Schlafzimmer mit mittelgroßem Bett, Sideboard und Kleiderschrank (Schlafzimmer kann vor Ort besichtigt werden).

Die Küche wird mit Kochutensilien sowie Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine vermietet.
Das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet und die Benutzung der Waschmaschine kann besprochen werden.
Außerdem gibt es einen Balkon, auf dem ggf. geraucht werden kann. (Rauchen in der Wohnung ist nicht erlaubt.)
