1-room flat - Hermannplatz- from the 1st to the 19th of September 2026

Hello everybody ! We'd love to find nice, relaxed and respectful people to take over our flat while we're away.
Please note - as long as this add is online FLAT IS AVAILABLE!
It's a 1 room flat (37m2 with entrance - one room - bathroom - kitchen) almost on Hermannplatz.
There's a high bed for two and under it a couch that can become a small double bed (not very comfortable), so you can be a group of up to 4 friends (of course then it's not very confortable as you'll all be sharing same room).
Flat is fully furnished + Internet. It's on a noisy road but very sunny flat and a great neighborhood. Flat is not perfect and some stuff are shaky, but it's cheap :)
Flat is available from the 1st to the 19th of September 2026. Overall rent is of 475€ for the 19 nights.



Lage
We live on Sonnenallee very close to Hermannplatz. It's a noisy street but if that doesn't bother you, you'll have a great stay as it's a great neighborhood! It's still very multicultural, quite cheap and very lively. There's unlimited shops, retaurants, bars and small underground clubs or galleries, amazing kebabs and the Turkish market that is not far. Lots of public transportation connexions, with many bus, U7 and U8. There's also the Landwerkanal and the Hasenheide Park not too far. Tempelhofer Feld is not that far by bike. You can be directly to Alexanderplatz in 15/20 minutes and walk to Kreuzberg....Of course, with confinement, the shops will no longer be open. There are several supermarkets within 5 min walk.

We speak English, French, Italian, Spanish and some German. Feel free to contact us in the language you're the most comfortable in. We'll be also happy to leave you tips on Berlin and the neighborhood. We work as tourist guide and love to work extra hours ;) Let us know if you're interested and feel free to come and visit before if you are around!
