The apartment is located on the Kö, in the middle of the green. The area is surrounded by waterways and is superbly located by the proximity to the Clara Park and the Karl-Heine as well as the adjacent lakes. Especially in the summer, the location attracts even on the evening for a short cool trip or for a round in the park.

The Könneritzstraße in front of the front door offers all the shopping and catering facilities, from pizzeria, bakery, sweet cafes and culinary offers such as delicious falafel, everything is just a few minutes' walk away.
One stop is right around the corner and the city centre is reachable by bike in 10-15 minutes.

Die Wohnung liegt auf der Kö, mitten im grünen Schleußig. Das Viertel ist von Wasserwegen umschlossen und ist durch die Nähe zum Clara-Park und zur Karl-Heine sowie zu den angrenzenden Seen super gelegen. Gerade im Sommer lockt die Lage auch am Feierabend noch für einen kurzen kühlen Abstecher oder für eine Runde im Park.

Die Könneritzstraße vor der Haustür bietet jegliche Einkaufs- und Verpflegungsmöglichkeit, von Pizzeria, Bäcker, süßen Cafés und kulinarischen Angeboten wie leckeren Falafel ist alles nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.
Eine Haltestelle ist direkt um die Ecke und die Innenstadt ist mit dem Rad in 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen.

Alisa (27), has completed my Master in Psychology in Leipzig and is currently working in the clinical (research) field. I am an open-minded, reflected & cordial person who likes to be creative and sporty on the go and also travel alone. I like to stay in nature, dance and make yoga, play padel & tennis and visit the more open cultural events.

The apartment should be a place of well-being for me: cooking together, letting the evening sound out with a cyclist, moving a kitchen and hallucination in everyday life and outdoors, a sociable coexistence is important to me. Nevertheless, I also see the apartment as a retreat to escape the stressful everyday life. Everyone can also walk his ways, with mutual consideration being of course. I wish for an authentic, communicative and empathic coexistence, according to the motto everything can, nothing has to be done. I prefer a vegetarian and minimalist lifestyle, which is why it is important to me that the apartment has more free space than objects;)

Alisa (27), habe meinen Master in Psychologie in Leipzig absolviert und arbeite derzeit im klinischen (Forschungs-) Bereich. Ich bin eine aufgeschlossene, reflektierte & herzliche Person, die gerne kreativ und sportlich unterwegs ist und auch mal allein auf Reisen geht. Ich halte mich gern in der Natur auf, tanze und mache Yoga, spiele Padel & Tennis und besuche auch des Öfteren kulturelle Veranstaltungen.

Die Wohnung soll für mich ein Wohlfühlort sein: Gemeinsam Kochen, den Abend mal mit einem Radler ausklingen lassen, im Alltag einen Küchen- und Flurplausch und im Freien umherzuziehen, mir ist ein geselliges Miteinander wichtig. Dennoch sehe ich die Wohnung auch als Rückzugsort an, um dem doch manchmal stressigen Alltag zu entfliehen. Jeder kann auch seine Wege gehen, wobei gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme selbstverständlich ist. Für das Zusammenleben wünsche ich mir ein authentisches, kommunikatives und empathisches Miteinander, ganz nach dem Motto alles kann, nichts muss. Ich bevorzuge einen vegetarischen und minimalistischen Lebensstil, weshalb es mir wichtig ist, dass die Wohnung wie aktuell mehr freie Fläche als Gegenstände besitzt ;)
