We are a family of three renting out a room in our bright, spacious, and fully furnished apartment in a beautiful historic building in the heart of Friedenau for 5.5 weeks while we're on vacation. The rent includes all utilities and additional costs.

If you are interested or have any questions, please feel free to get in touch. We look forward to hearing from you!

---

The neighborhood offers beautiful cafés and restaurants, parks, a lovely weekly farmers’ market at Breslauer Platz, and great playgrounds. One of Berlin’s main shopping streets is also within walking distance.

Here, you get the best of both worlds: lively streets, plenty of activity, and lots of things to do in one direction, while quiet streets and peaceful squares are just around the corner in the other. It’s also a pleasure to simply wander through the neighborhood and admire the beautiful residential buildings and their lovingly designed front gardens.

The public transport connections are excellent. The apartment is located between Walther-Schreiber-Platz and Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz U-Bahn stations (U9). Several bus lines stop right outside the building, and the Ringbahn is also easily accessible via Innsbrucker Platz S-Bahn station.
