My flatemate finished his studies and his room is available from now on.
The minimum rental period is 2 months but long term is of course also possible.

I am currently training to become a digital and print media designer. Before my training, I studied art in Colombia.

The cozy, bright, and fully furnished room is located in Friedrichshain.
The room is spacious and has two large windows that let in plenty of natural light. It is located on the 4th floor, making it pleasantly quiet and bright.

The room is furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a desk, carpets, and additional lighting. You are welcome to use the furniture or, upon agreement, bring your own.

The kitchen is well equipped and all necessary kitchen utensils are provided, so you can move in right away and feel at home.

A relaxed and respectful coexistence is important to me—not just a purely functional shared apartment, but also a nice chat in the kitchen from time to time, but of course with enough privacy for everyone.

ich heiße Aura und für meine 2er-WG in Friedrichshain suche ich eine ruhige, respektvolle und zuverlässige Person, mit der ich mir die Wohnung teilen kann.

Derzeit mache eine Ausbildung zur Mediengestalterin Digital und Print. Vor meiner Ausbildung habe ich in Kolumbien Kunst studiert.

Das gemütliche, helle und voll möblierte Zimmer befindet sich in Friedrichshain.
Das Zimmer ist geräumig geschnitten und verfügt über zwei große Fenster, die viel Tageslicht hereinlassen. Es befindet sich im 4. Obergeschoss und ist dadurch angenehm ruhig und hell.

Zur Ausstattung gehören ein Bett, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Schreibtisch, Teppiche sowie zusätzliche Beleuchtung. Gerne kannst du die Möbel nutzen oder – nach Absprache – eigene mitbringen.

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und alle nötigen Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden, sodass man direkt einziehen und sich wohlfühlen kann.

Die Zwischenmiete ist ideal für Menschen, die neu in Berlin ankommen oder eine befristete Wohnlösung suchen.

Mir ist ein entspanntes und respektvolles Zusammenleben wichtig – keine reine Zweck-WG, sondern gerne auch mal ein nettes Gespräch in der Küche, aber natürlich mit genügend Privatsphäre für jede*n.
