I’m subletting my cozy room short term for apron 12 days in October from 10.10 till 22.10 and looking for someone to take care of our beautiful loft while I’m away. (* my flatmate might be leaving exactly when I'm back, so there might be a possibility to extend until 01.11).

The flat is just one block from Warschauer Straße S-Bahn, super central and well-connected.

It’s a spacious 80 m2 loft with 3 rooms, shared by 2 people. I’ve been living here for over 2 years with my beloved flatmate Adrià, a super kind, open-minded, and easygoing person who works from home and helps keep the good energy flowing. 🌀

The room is small but full of charm — with a comfy bed right below the windows, lots of natural light, and a very calming, cozy energy. It’s the perfect little nest for resting, reading, or simply enjoying the peaceful vibes. 🌿

You’ll also enjoy:
• A fully equipped kitchen (we take cooking seriously!)
• A huge common area (“the salon”) with a projector, good sound system, disco ball & mini fridge for cold beers 🍻
• Super fast internet (1000 Mbit/s) – great for remote workers

We value an international, open-minded environment, and are looking for someone who will respect the space, care for the plants, and match the easygoing, warm vibe of the flat.

Whether you’re into street art, nightlife, cozy brunch spots, or just a good walk along the Spree, Friedrichshain has it all. It’s a perfect blend of urban energy and relaxed charm, ideal for both exploring and feeling at home.

My flatmate Adri works from home, so it’s important to respect his working hours and maintain a calm environment during the day. The flat is very spacious for two people, which makes sharing easy and comfortable. We’re looking for someone who treats the space with care, tidiness, and a sense of responsibility, just like in their own home. We appreciate good communication, mutual respect, and a relaxed, easygoing vibe. Taking care of the plants and common areas is part of what makes this a truly nice place to live.
