Bett und Schrank) im grünen Lichtenberg-Karlshorst.Das Zimmer selbst ist kompakt, dafür bietet die Wohnung im Alltag extrem viel Platz: Küche, Bad und ein sehr großzügiges, helles Wohnzimmer stehen dir komplett zur Verfügung.Das WG-Leben (Der große Pluspunkt):

Dein großer Vorteil:
Ich bin beruflich sehr viel unterwegs und schätzungsweise nur an ca. 10 Tagen im Monat überhaupt vor Ort. Die restliche Zeit hast du die Wohnung und das große Wohnzimmer praktisch für dich alleine. Du genießt also die perfekte Mischung aus WG und eigener Wohnung

Ich suche einen männlichen Mitbewohner, der bereits echte WG-Erfahrung mitbringt und weiß, wie man einen Haushalt sauber und ordentlich hält. Reine „Theorie“ hilft mir hier leider nicht weiter – da ich oft tagelang nicht da bin, muss ich mich blind darauf verlassen können, dass die Wohnung pfleglich behandelt wird. Bring also bitte echte WG-Erprobtkeit mit (ich werde beim Kennenlernen genauer nachhaken 😉). Dafür bekommst du im Gegenzug jede Menge Freiraum und Privatsphäre.
