Our flat is about 60m2 and we’re looking for a new roommate to join our cozy home!

The apartment is on the second floor, facing Wrangelstraße, with a beautiful open view. It’s bright and sunny all day thanks to the large windows and high ceilings, which give it a really spacious and welcoming feel.

The flat is fully furnished and ready to move in — there’s a washing machine in the bathroom, a dishwasher in the kitchen, and all the basics you need (dishes, cookware, etc.). The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Elisa is a sociable and open-minded person who enjoys connecting with others, whether that means sharing relaxed moments at home or going out together. At the same time, she values a healthy balance and appreciates having her own space when needed.
