Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, hat einen schönen Parkettboden und morgens fällt viel Tageslicht hinein. Die Einrichtung unterscheidet sich inzwischen etwas von den Fotos, vorhanden sind aber weiterhin Bett, Nachttisch, Kleiderschrank, Sofa, Schreibtisch sowie die Beleuchtung. ☺️

Es wäre außerdem schön, wenn sich während der Zeit jemand gelegentlich um meine Pflanzen kümmern könnte – sie müssen nur ab und zu gegossen werden. 🌳

Bei offenem Fenster hört man die S-Bahn etwas, bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es aber angenehm ruhig und man kann gut schlafen.

The room is very spacious, has beautiful parquet flooring, and gets plenty of natural light in the morning. The furniture is slightly different from what you see in the photos, but it still includes a bed, bedside table, wardrobe, sofa, desk, and lighting. 🤗
It would also be great if you could occasionally take care of my plants during your stay—they only need to be watered from time to time. 🌳
With the window open, you can hear the suburban train (S-Bahn) a little, but with the window closed, it's pleasantly quiet and you'll have no trouble getting a good night's sleep.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der S-Bahn-Station Friedenau (S1). Ein Edeka und ein Netto sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Außerdem sind die Ceciliengärten mit einer schönen Wiese direkt um die Ecke, und auch weitere Parks befinden sich in der Nähe. Insgesamt ist die Gegend sehr ruhig, grün und wirklich gemütlich. 🍒🤗

The apartment is located right next to Friedenau S-Bahn station (S1). Both an Edeka and a Netto supermarket are just a few minutes' walk away.
The beautiful Ceciliengärten with its large green lawn is just around the corner, and there are several other parks nearby as well. Overall, the neighborhood is very quiet, green, and incredibly cozy. 🍒🤗

In der WG pflegen wir ein nettes und respektvolles Miteinander. Wir kochen öfter gemeinsam oder unternehmen mal etwas Kleines zusammen, gleichzeitig hat aber auch jede Person ihren Freiraum und kann sich jederzeit zurückziehen.

Julian ist gelernter Tischler und macht aktuell seinen Bachelor in Industriedesign an der HTW. Er geht gerne ins Fitnessstudio, ist viel unterwegs und ein sehr aktiver, sympathischer und entspannter Typ.

Johanna studiert Psychologie und ist ebenfalls super umgänglich und offen. Beide kochen gerne und verbringen im Sommer ihre Freizeit am liebsten entspannt in Parks oder an Seen.

We have a friendly and respectful atmosphere in the shared apartment. We often cook together or do something small together, but at the same time everyone has their own space and can always enjoy their privacy whenever they like.
Julian is a trained carpenter and is currently studying for a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design at HTW Berlin. He enjoys going to the gym, is often out and about, and is a very active, easygoing, and friendly person.
Johanna is studying Psychology and is also very open-minded and easy to get along with. They both enjoy cooking, and during the summer they love spending their free time relaxing in parks or by the lakes.

Ich würde eine Kaution nehmen, die nach der Untermiete selbstverständlich vollständig zurückgezahlt wird, sofern keine Schäden oder ähnliches entstanden sind.

Für den Zeitraum wird ein offizieller Untermietvertrag abgeschlossen.

Bei Bedarf kann die Mietdauer nach Absprache auch bis zum 08.09. verlängert werden.

I would ask for a security deposit, which will of course be refunded in full at the end of the sublet, provided there is no damage or similar issues.
An official sublease agreement will be signed for the rental period.
