Since I've received many inquiries unrelated to my ad, I'm now posting it in English.

Looking to escape the city and move to the countryside?

I'm potentially starting a new shared apartment in Borkheide in November or later.

I'm looking exclusively for two working professionals currently living in Berlin who want to move to the surrounding area. If you work in Berlin, you can also stay overnight during the week while I have the apartment.

The total rent, including all utilities, will be approximately €450 to €550 per room.

I'm only looking for long-term tenants, not those who just need temporary accommodation during their studies.

However, I'm not permitted to sublet a room in Berlin-Wedding. Therefore, I cannot offer a room in Berlin.

All inquiries unrelated to this text will be ignored.

Nachdem ich viele Anfragen bekommen die nicht zu dem Zweck meiner Anzeige stehen nun in englischer Sprache.

Lust auf raus aus der Stadt und weg aufs Land.
Ich gründe eventuell ab November oder auch später eine neue WG in Borkheide.

Hierfür suche ich ausschließlich 2 Berufstätige in Berlin lebende Personen die raus aus der Stadt ins Umland ziehen wollen. Falls Du in Berlin arbeitest kannst Du in der Woche solange ich die Wohnung hab auch dort schlafen.

Die Warmmiete inklusive aller Nebenkosten wird je Zimmer ca. zwischen 450 bis 550 Euro liegen.
Ich suche ausschließlich Langzeitmieter und keine die nur Übergangsweise während des Studiums etwas brauchen.

Eine feste Untervermietung in Berlin-Wedding wird mir dort jedoch nicht genehmigt. Daher kann ich in Berlin kein Zimmer anbieten.

Alle Anfragen die sich nicht auf diesen Text beziehen werden ignoriert.

The house is located in the Borkheide area, surrounded by forest, in a residential area that is not yet fully developed. Borkheide train station is about a 25-minute walk away, offering direct connections to Berlin. I can also provide a ride to the station if needed. By car, it's only 4 minutes, and by bicycle, just 7 minutes.

Das Haus liegt in Borkheide, umgeben von Wald, in einem noch nicht vollständig erschlossenen Wohngebiet. Der Bahnhof Borkheide ist etwa 25 Gehminuten entfernt und bietet direkte Verbindungen nach Berlin. Bei Bedarf kann ich Sie auch zum Bahnhof bringen. Mit dem Auto sind es nur 4 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad nur 7 Minuten.

The two rooms in the house are shared by two residents.
I live on the property in a separate house. You are welcome to participate in my activities on the property or simply enjoy life there. I plan to cultivate a garden and grow my own fruit, vegetables, and other produce.

Die zwei Zimmer im Haus teilen sich 2 Bewohner alleine auf.
Ich lebe mit auf dem Grundstück in ein einem zweiten Haus. Ich könnt euch an meinen Aktivitäten auf dem Grundstück beteiligen oder einfach nur das Leben dort genießen. Ich plane einen Hofgarten zu betreiben und mich mit Obst und Gemüse und anderem selbst zu versorgen.

You should have a secure income and be willing to contribute to the basic tasks of living in a shared apartment. I'm not looking for someone who lives a life of luxury at the expense of others. Whether it's a good fit depends on your demeanor and your attitude towards certain topics during the interview.

Ihr solltet über ein gesichertes Einkommen verfügen und euch zumindest bei den Grundaufgaben einer WG einbringen. Ich suche niemand der auf Kosten anderer sich ein schönes Leben macht. Ob es passt entscheidet euer Auftraten und wie Ihr zu Dingen bei dem Bewerbungsgespräch steht.
