Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete in Berlin-Wedding – 1.–15. September

ich vermiete mein Zimmer für die ersten zwei Septemberwochen (1.–14.09.) in einer ruhigen und gemütlichen Wohnung in Berlin-Wedding. Die zwei Wochen sind sicher verfügbar. Eventuell kann auch der gesamte September gemietet werden – das entscheidet sich allerdings erst am 18. September.

Preis für die ersten zwei Wochen: 240 €
Preis für den ganzen Monat: 460 €

Die Lage ist super: Die U6 Seestraße ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, ebenso die U8 Osloer Straße. Supermärkte, Cafés und alles für den täglichen Bedarf sind direkt in der Nähe. Der Volkspark Rehberge, Plötzensee und der Goethepark sind ebenfalls schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.

Du wohnst mit mir zusammen. Ich arbeite als freiberuflicher Motion Designer, bin gerne unterwegs, treibe Sport, koche und treffe mich mit Freunden. Durch meine vielen Reisen komme ich gut mit internationalen Leuten und Travellern klar.

Mir ist eine entspannte, respektvolle und unkomplizierte Atmosphäre wichtig. Ein bisschen Rücksicht und ein ordentlicher Umgang mit der Wohnung gehören für mich selbstverständlich dazu.

Room for sublet in Berlin-Wedding – September 1–14

I’m subletting my room for the first two weeks of September (September 1–14) in a quiet and cozy apartment in Berlin-Wedding. These two weeks are definitely available. It may also be possible to stay for the entire month of September, but this will only be decided on September 18.

Price for the first two weeks: €240
Price for the full month: €460

The location is great: U6 Seestraße is just a few minutes away, and U8 Osloer Straße is also easily reachable. Supermarkets, cafés and everything you need for everyday life are right nearby. Volkspark Rehberge, Plötzensee and Goethepark are also within walking distance.

You would be living with me. I work as a freelance motion designer and enjoy spending time in Berlin, cooking, doing sports and meeting friends. I’ve also travelled a lot and generally get along very well with international people and travellers.

I’m looking for a relaxed, respectful and uncomplicated atmosphere. Being considerate and keeping the shared spaces reasonably tidy are important to me.
