Wir - Hannah (32), Sozialpädagogin, travel addicted und Vera (31), Kommunikationsberaterin in einer Agentur, die in ihrer Freizeit gerne auf dem Gravel-Bike unterwegs ist suchen eine Zwischenmiete (keine Option auf Verlängerung), da unsere dritte Mitbewohnerin in der Zeit im Ausland sein wird.

Für dich haben wir in einer 145 qm großen Wohnung mit wunderschöner Küche und zwei Bädern ein 25 qm großes, sonnendurchflutetes, gemütliches Zimmer im Angebot. Dies gibt es inklusive wunderschönen Holzdielen, viel Tageslicht, Blick in den Innenhof in alte riesige Baumkronen inklusive Vögelchen und Eichhörnchen, sehr leise - du könntest meinen du wärst in Brandenburg, aber hey sowas gibt es auch mitten in Schöneberg. Bezahlen würdest du komplett für alles 700 €.

Dein zukünftiges Zuhause ist die schönste Straße Berlins unsere geliebte Goltzi (Goltzstraße 10781 Berlin). Hier findest du alles was das Kiezherz begehrt, kulinarische Speisen aller Art direkt vor der Haustür, Bars, süße Geschäfte, Anschluss an die Öffis (U7/ U1/U2).

Anmeldung ist möglich gegen eine zusätzliche monatliche Gebühr von 25 €, die der Vermieter dann verlangt, wenn wir dich offiziell als Untermieterin anmelden.

Wir wünschen uns jemanden, der grundsätzlich WG Erfahrung hat und berufstätig ist. Unter der Woche geht es bei uns in der WG eher ruhiger zu, jeder geht seinem Job und Alltag nach, trotzdem sind wir auf keinen Fall eine Zweck WG und am Wochenende wird auch gerne mal zusammen gefrühstückt oder was unternommen.

We—Hannah (32), a social worker who’s addicted to traveling, and Vera (31), a communications consultant at an agency who loves riding her gravel bike in her free time—are looking for a temporary subtenant (no option for extension), as our third roommate will be abroad during this time.

For you, we have a 25 sqm, sun-drenched, cozy room to offer in a 145 sqm apartment with a gorgeous kitchen and two bathrooms. It comes with beautiful wooden floorboards, plenty of daylight, and a view into the inner courtyard looking out onto huge old treetops with little birds and squirrels. It's super quiet—you might think you’re in the countryside of Brandenburg, but hey, turns out something like this exists right in the heart of Schöneberg! The all-inclusive price for everything is €700.

Your future home is located on Berlin’s prettiest street: our beloved "Goltzi" (Goltzstraße, 10781 Berlin). Here you'll find everything a neighborhood-lover's heart desires: culinary delights of all kinds right outside your doorstep, bars, cute shops, and great public transport connections (U7 / U1 / U2).

Registration (Anmeldung) is possible for an additional monthly fee of €25, which the landlors requires when we officially register you as a subtenant.

We are looking for someone who has general experience living in shared flats and is working/employed. During the week, things are rather quiet around here as everyone goes about their job and daily routine. However, we are definitely NOT a "Zweck-WG" (functional flatshare) and on weekends we love having breakfast together or going out.

We’d love to tell you more in person! :) We can easily get to know each other online and show you the apartment virtually, or meet up in person!
