schön, dass du hier gelandet bist. Wenn du dir vorstellen kannst, ab Anfang Oktober in einer entspannten Zweier-WG in einem Berliner Altbau zu wohnen, lies kurz weiter.

Das Zimmer ist erstmal für zwei Monate, also Oktober und November, frei. Wenn es für beide Seiten gut passt, dann sehr gerne auch länger.

Ein paar Dinge vorab: Du solltest einen gültigen Ausweis haben und mir eine Kopie davon zur Verfügung stellen können. Die Miete kann im Voraus gezahlt werden, die Kaution beträgt zwei Monatsmieten.

Und jetzt zu mir:

Ich bin Consultant im Marketing, arbeite teilweise im Homeoffice und bin viel unterwegs. Freunde treffen, auch mal feiern gehen, reisen, das Leben genießen. Zu Hause ist für mich trotzdem, oder vielleicht gerade deswegen, eher Ruhepol.

Ich mag gute Gespräche, gemeinsames Kochen und genauso gerne Zeit für mich. Ich mag es, wenn man nicht einfach nur nebeneinander her wohnt, sondern sich gut versteht und eine angenehme WG miteinander hat. Ob man sich mal in der Küche verquatscht, zusammen kocht oder einfach jeder für sich ist ... Hauptsache unkompliziert.

Mir ist wichtig, dass man sich in der Wohnung wohlfühlt und ein natürliches Verhältnis zu Sauberkeit hat. Also gerne ordentlich, ohne daraus einen Putzfetisch zu machen.

Ich spreche Deutsch und Englisch und habe angefangen, Spanisch zu lernen. Ein bisschen was ist schon hängen geblieben, aber von einer flüssigen Konversation bin ich noch einiges entfernt. Wenn du also Lust hast, zwischendurch mal ein Gespräch auf Spanisch zu führen, wäre das ziemlich großartig.

Zur Wohnung:

Typischer Berliner Altbau mit hohen Decken, Dielenboden und großen, tiefen Fenstern. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig abseits von stark befahrenen Straßen. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr entspannt.

Cafés, Spätis und Supermärkte sind direkt um die Ecke. Die S-Bahn Bornholmer Straße und die Schönhauser Allee sind jeweils etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Dein Zimmer ist ca. 13 m2 groß und möbliert. Je nachdem, was besser passt, gibt es ein Schlafsofa oder ein 1,40 m breites Bett sowie einen Kleiderschrank. Einen Schreibtisch samt Stuhl kann ich bei Bedarf bereitstellen.

Küche und Bad sind komplett ausgestattet und werden gemeinsam genutzt.

Die Miete beträgt 500 € monatlich. Darin sind die üblichen Betriebs- und Nebenkosten sowie Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet, Hausratversicherung und GEZ enthalten.

Eine Anmeldung ist möglich.

nice that you found your way here. If you can picture yourself living in a relaxed two person flatshare in a typical Berlin Altbau from the beginning of October, keep reading.

The room is initially available for two months, October and November. If it works well for both of us, I’d be very happy to keep it going for longer.

A few things upfront: you should have a valid ID and be able to provide me with a copy. Rent can be paid in advance and the deposit is two months’ rent.

And now, a little about me:

I’m a marketing consultant, work from home part of the week and am out and about quite a bit. Seeing friends, going out every now and then, travelling, enjoying life. Home is still, or maybe precisely because of that, more of a place to recharge for me.

I like good conversations, cooking together and having my own time just as much. I like it when you don’t simply live next to each other, but actually get along and have a nice, easygoing flatshare. Whether we end up chatting away in the kitchen, cooking together or simply doing our own thing ... as long as it’s uncomplicated.

I’m looking for someone who feels comfortable keeping the flat tidy and has a natural approach to cleanliness. So yes to being neat, no to turning it into a cleaning obsession.

I speak German and English and have started learning Spanish. I’ve picked up a little already, but I’m still quite a way from having a fluent conversation. So if you feel like having the occasional conversation with me in Spanish, that would be pretty great.

About the flat:

A classic Berlin Altbau with high ceilings, wooden floorboards and big, deep-set windows. The flat is very quiet, tucked away from busy roads. The neighbourhood is relaxed and easygoing.

There are cafés, Spätis and supermarkets just around the corner. Bornholmer Straße S-Bahn station and Schönhauser Allee are both about a five minute walk away.

Your room is around 13 m2 and furnished. Depending on what works better, there will either be a sofa bed or a 1.40 m wide bed, plus a wardrobe. I can provide a desk and chair if needed.

The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and shared.

The rent is €500 per month. This includes the usual operating costs and utilities, as well as electricity, water, heating, internet, household insurance and GEZ.

Registration is possible.
