Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG, welches bequem zu Fuß oder per Fahrstuhl erreicht werden kann. Das Zimmer hat eine Gesamtfläche von circa 14 m². Das Zimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon.
In der Küche findet man alles an Küchenutensilien was man zum Kochen benötigt. Das Badezimmer ist klein aber fein. Das Wohnzimmer bietet mit zwei Couchgarnituren die perfekte Grundlage für gemütliche Abende. Der Balkon, welcher in Richtung Süden blickt , lädt im Sommer zu Grillabende und Sonnenbaden ein.
Wenn Du das Bett oder andere Möbel brauchst, könnte ich es Dir für ein wenig Geld geben.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The room has a total area of approximately 14 m². The room has its own balcony.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. The bathroom is small but nice. With two sofa sets, the living room offers the perfect basis for cozy evenings. The balcony, which faces south, is ideal for barbecues and sunbathing in summer.
If you need the bed or other furniture, I could give it to you for a little money.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Top Lage. Die Universität ist bequem zu Fuß, innerhalb von 10 Minuten, per ÖVNP, innerhalb von 2 Minuten oder per Fahrrad zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten kommen auch nicht zu knapp. Der Supermarkt REWE befindet sich circa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch andere Beschäftigungen, wie Shopping gehören zu den nächstmöglichen Aktivitäten. Zudem liegen Restaurants, Cocktailbars, Kinos, Ärzte, eine Apotheke und Kneipen in nächster Nähe und sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The apartment is in a top location. The university can be easily reached on foot, within 10 minutes, by public transport, within 2 minutes or by bike. Shopping possibilities are not too scarce either. The REWE supermarket is around 15 minutes away on foot. Other activities such as shopping are also among the next possible activities. In addition, restaurants, cocktail bars, cinemas, doctors, a pharmacy and pubs are in the immediate vicinity and can be easily reached on foot.
Unsere WG bezeichnen wir als unkompliziert, flexibel und spontan, aber jedoch existieren unsere kleinen WG-Regeln. Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Rücksichtnahme sind uns wichtig.
Für uns ist es wichtig, zu Hause aktiv mit Reinigungs- und anderen Haushaltsaufgaben zusammenzuarbeiten.
Wir verbringen gerne unsere Zeit miteinander. Auch respektieren wir die Grenzen der Anderen und halten die Privatsphäre in Ehren.
