Wir bieten ein möbliertes Zimmer (ähnlich zu den Fotos, aber nicht genau gleich - entsprechende Fotos noch nicht vorhanden). Warm für €460. Zusatzbezahlung für Strom, Heizung und Wasser gibt es nicht.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 3-Zimmer Wohnung auf dem 2. Stock in einem 3-Familienhaus; die Besitzer wohnen unten und es gibt noch eine besetzte Wohnung oben. Es gibt eine fast neue Küche mit Spülmaschine und Badezimmer auf dem Stock, zwischen 3 Leute (im Moment nur männlich) geteilt. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind auch im Badezimmer zu finden.
Das Haus ist in Fußweite vom Gütersloher Zentrum und es gibt auch ein Supermarkt, Friseur, Imbiss, Schwimmbad und andere Geschäfte um die Ecke. Das Haus befindet sich in einer Sackgasse ohne Durchverkehr und ist deswegen ruhig.
Miete ist warm. Vertrag ist für 6 Monate. Die Gebäude ist super isoliert mit 3Fachverglasung usw..
Alle Bewohner, die Besitzer einschließlich, der Gebäude arbeiten und genießen Ruhe. Wer denkt er/sie in diesem kleinen Community passen könnte, sollte uns auf Deutsch oder Englisch schreiben, mit einer ausführlichen Beschreibung von sich selbst (Alter, Geschlecht, aktuelle Stellung - Arbeitnehmer, Student, Praktikant usw, Interesse, Herkunftland - wir sind schon multi-kulti).

We offer a furnished room (similar to the photos, but not exactly the same – corresponding photos are not yet available). 13 sq m for €460 with utilities. There are no additional charges for electricity, heating, or water.

The room is located in a 3-room apartment on the 2nd floor of a 3-family house; the owners live on the ground floor, and there is another occupied apartment upstairs. There is a nearly new kitchen with a dishwasher and a bathroom on the floor, shared by 3 people (currently all male). A washing machine and dryer are also located in the bathroom.

The house is within walking distance of Gütersloh city center, and there is also a supermarket, hairdresser, snack bar, swimming pool, and other shops around the corner. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic.

The lease is for 6 months. The building is very well insulated with triple glazing, etc. All residents in the building, including the owners, work and enjoy peace and quiet. Anyone who thinks they might fit in with this small community should write to us in German or English, with a detailed description of themselves (age, gender, current status – employee, student, intern, etc., interests, country of origin – we're already very multicultural).
