In the middle of the south city, you are quickly on the train and surrounded by many restaurants and bars. The Rheinauhafen is only 5 minutes away on foot and you are immediately in the middle of the carnival. The people here are all very open and nice, Kölle. On the Severinstraße or in the Südstadt you will really find everything you need, supermarkets, DM, gyms and and... :

Lucas: 28-year-old real estate agent, originally from Bremen, but has long been based in Kölle and with the corresponding attitude to life. I like to play golf and watch football every now and then. I like to cook and I travel a lot with friends or travel, whether in summer on the beach or in winter on the skis ⛷️

Julian, 31, also in the real estate industry and native Cologne. Play and watch a lot of football (also like at FC in the stadium). Otherwise, also like to go with friends, where occasionally one or the other delicious Kölsch of course does not miss.

In addition, we have Sonos music boxes, Netflix as well as Sky and DAZN.

We are happy if this is not a purpose WG and we also spend some time together.
Of course, you should also be able to withdraw as often and as long as you want :
Important: please send us your Instagram, then we can take a picture for us in advance. Thank you very much.

Lieben Dank.
