Ich vermiete vorübergehend ein großes (Nichtraucher-)Zimmer in meiner Wohnung flexibel für 2 bis 4 Tage unter der Woche (andere Modelle nach Absprache denkbar, z.B. 10 Tage am Stück). Das Zimmer ist an den Tagen, an denen Du da bist, exklusiv Deins aber wird ggf. an den Tagen, an denen Du nicht da bist, von mir mitgenutzt. Badezimmer, Küche und Balkon können natürlich ebenso genutzt werden (wie auch Küchenutensilien, Bügeleisen etc).

Typischerweise habe ich MitbewohnerInnen, die vorübergehend/unregelmäßig für ein Arbeitsprojekt in München sind und nach Hause pendeln und eine Mitwohngelegenheit ggü. Hotels bevorzugen (Dauer oft so zwischen 2 Wochen und 4 Monaten). Die Miete ist je nach Nutzung verhandelbar und flexibel und liegt natürlich unter den Preisen der Hotels in der Nähe oder vergleichbaren Plattform-Angeboten (die 620 Euro sind ein Näherungswert bei 3-4 Tagen/Woche). Bitte aber trotzdem nicht völlig unrealistische Preisvorstellungen haben. Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten sowie die typischen Verbrauchsgüter (Toilettenpapier, Spül-, Reinigungs-, Waschmittel).

Wohnung: ca. 111m2 große Altbauwohnung, 1. Stock, 3,5 Zimmer; vermietetes Zimmer: 24m2, möbliert, mit Kamin und bezugsfertig, siehe Bilder (die Möblierung ist noch etwas work in progress); WIFI; ich bin der einzige Mitbewohner.

I'm temporarily renting out a large (non-smoking) room in my apartment for 2 to 4 days during the week (Monday to Friday; other arrangements such as ten days in a row may be possible). The room is exclusively yours on the days you're here, but I may use it on the days you're not. The bathroom, kitchen, and balcony are also available for your use (as are kitchen utensils, the ironing board etc.).

I typically have flatmates who are temporarily in Munich for a work project and commute home, preferring shared accommodation to hotels (most stays are between 2 weeks and 4 months). The rent is negotiable and flexible depending on usage and is, of course, lower than the prices of nearby hotels or comparable offers on similar platforms (620 Euro are an approximate amount for 3-4 days/week). However, please don't have completely unrealistic price expectations. The rent includes all utilities and typical household supplies (toilet paper, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent).

Apartment: Approx. 111 sqm, turn-of-the-century building, 1st floor, 3.5 rooms; room to let: 24 sqm, wood burning stove, furnished and ready to move into (bed linen provided), see photos; Wi-Fi; I am the only roommate.

Haidhausen /Hochau, Innenstadt-nah (ca. 10 Min mit dem Bus zum Marienplatz), ca. 600m zum S-Bahn-Halt Rosenheimer Platz (alle S-Bahnen), 750m zum Ostbahnhof (3 Minuten mit dem Bus; Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus). Ca. 1km bis zur Isar oder zum Werksviertel; zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafes, Bars, Geschäfte etc. in der Umgebung (nächstes Lebensmittelgeschäft 300m).

Location: Haidhausen/Hochau, close to city center, about 600m to S-Bahn stop Rosenheimer Platz (all train lines; 6 minutes on foot), 750 meters to Ostbahnhof (Munich East Station, 8 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by bus, bus stop in front to the house). The center of the French quarter with numerous restaurants, cafes, bars, galleries and artisans’ shops can be reached within a few minutes on foot. Groceries shops nearby (300m), about 10 minutes to Marienplatz by bus.

Ich: unkomplizierter Akademiker, arbeite an der Uni, Nichtraucher; ruhig aber nicht ungesellig :-), kein Haustier; habe meist Besseres zu tun, als Bad und Küche auf Hochglanz zu polieren, bin aber sicherlich kein “Messy” und schätze Ordnung/Sauberkeit in den Gemeinschaftsräumen.

Du: zwischen 28 und 65 (m/w), berufstätig, englisch- oder deutschsprechend, Nichtraucher, gerne auch: unkompliziert, humorvoll, eher ruhig aber nicht ungesellig :-), leider kein Haustier.

Me: male, laid back, friendly university professional, non-smoker; quiet rather than a party animal, but still sociable and always happy to chat; not hygiene-obsessed and usually have better things to do than spending my evenings scrubbing the sink but am definitely not a messy and like to keep the common areas in reasonably good order and clean.

You: 28-65 years old, professional, English or German speaking, non-smoker, easy-going and sociable with a good sense of humour; sorry no pets;

Bitte beachten: es handelt sich um einen Altbau, das Parkett knarzt, die Holzfenster sind nicht schalldicht. Nicht weiter schlimm, aber für geräuschempfindliche Menschen evt. weniger geeignet. Auch wenn es sich um Kurzzeitvermietung handelt, vermiete ich nicht „Hotel-Style“, sondern an Leute, die sich gern eine Wohnung teilen und Spaß am (vorübergehenden) Zusammenleben haben.

Mir einfach kurz ein paar Zeilen schreiben mit den gewünschten Rahmenbedingungen, dann melde ich mich, ob das passen könnte. Ein, zwei Sätze zu Dir wären auch nett. Freue mich auf Nachrichten.

Please note: it's an older building, the wooden floorboards creak, and the windows aren't soundproof. Not a big deal to me, but it might be less suitable for noise-sensitive people. Even though it's a short-term rental, I don't rent out "hotel-style”, but rather to people who enjoy temporarily living together.
