Sehr geräumiges Zimmer im 1.Stock unseres WG-Hauses mit Scheibtisch, eigenem Kühlschrank und Schrank vorübergehend frei, eigener Balkon, Mitbenutzung Garten mit Terrasse, Bad gleich gegenüber des Zimmers, Westseite, so dass man ab Nachmittag die Sonne genießen kann. Boden angenehmes Eichenparkett, aktuell ein kleines Bett im Zimmer, könnte aber auch auf Wunsch durch ein großes Futon ersetzt werden

A very spacious room on the first floor of our shared house, with a desk, its own fridge and wardrobe, is temporarily available. It has its own balcony and shared use of the garden with a terrace. The bathroom is directly opposite the room, and the room faces west, so you can enjoy the sun from the afternoon onwards. The floor is covered in lovely oak parquet; there is currently a small bed in the room, but this could be replaced with a large futon on request.

Sehr zentral in der Nähe des Pasinger Bahnhofs mit ICE und S-Bahn Anschluss, Bushaltestelle 2 MInuten zu Fuß und dann ist man in 3 Stationen am Bahnhof, wer gut zu Fuß ist kann auch in ca. 10 Minuten hinlaufen. Sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft, trotz Nähe zum Bahnhof, kaum Verkehr auf der Strasse vor dem Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 3 Minuten erreichbar (diverse Lebensmitelgeschäfte, Bäckerei, Drogeriemarkt) Abends bestehen dann die vielfältgen Möglichkeiten am Pasinger Bahnhof.

Very central location near Pasing railway station with ICE and S-Bahn connections; the bus stop is a 2-minute walk away, and from there it’s just 3 stops to the station. If you’re a keen walker, you can also walk there in about 10 minutes. A very quiet neighbourhood, despite being close to the station; there’s hardly any traffic on the road in front of the house. Shopping facilities are just a 3-minute walk away (various grocery shops, a bakery and a chemist). In the evenings, there’s a wide range of shopping options at Pasing railway station.

Nette Mitbewohner, mit denen man auch mal was gemeinsam machen kann, aber nicht muss. Wir sind alle berufstätig, ein Arzt, zwei Lehrer und ein Chemieingenieur aus verschiedenen Ländern stehen für unsere diverse Gemeinschaft, alle Interessenten sind willkommen. Gerne zeigen wir Euch das Haus und führen bei Bedarf auch Online-Besichtigungen durch.
Unsere WG hat Internetanschluss, eine Putzfrau einmal die Woche für die Gemeinschaftsräume und eine schöne Küche für diejenigen, die gerne selbst kochen. Im Garten wird öfter mal gegrillt, oft kommen dann ehemalige Mitbewohner zu Besuch und feiern mit.

English version:
Friendly flatmates who you can do things with from time to time, but you don’t have to. We’re all in work – a doctor, two teachers and a chemical engineer from different countries – which reflects our diverse community; anyone interested is welcome. We’d be happy to show you round the house and can also arrange online viewings if required.
Our flat share has an internet connection, a cleaner who comes once a week for the communal areas, and a lovely kitchen for those who like to cook. We often have barbecues in the garden, and former flatmates often pop round to join in the fun.

Das Zimmer steht ab Oktober zur Verfügung, die Länge des Aufenthalts ist flexibel vereinbar. Da wir bisher eine reine Mämnner-WG sind heißt jedoch nicht, dass sich nur Männer melden sollen, jeder Interessent gleich welcher Geschlechtsidentität ist herzlich willkommen. Da wir eine Geminschaft sind, entscheiden wir auch immer zusammen über neue Mitbewohner, idealerweise Nichtraucher.

English version:
The room will be available from October, and the length of stay can be arranged flexibly. Although we have so far been an all-male house-share, this does not mean that only men should apply; anyone interested, regardless of their gender identity, is very welcome. As we are a community, we always decide together on new flatmates, ideally non-smokers.
