Das Zimmer ist schön groß und bietet genug Platz zum Wohnen, Schlafen und Arbeiten. Es ist mit Bett, Sofa, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und TV-Ecke ausgestattet und wirkt durch die großen Fenster und den Parkettboden sehr gemütlich.

Meine persönlichen Sachen werden natürlich vor dem Einzug entfernt. Bei Interesse schreib mir gerne kurz etwas über dich. :)

The room is spacious and has plenty of space for living, sleeping and working. It comes with a bed, sofa, desk, wardrobe and TV area. The large windows and wooden floor make the room feel bright and cozy.

My personal belongings will of course be removed before move-in. If you’re interested, feel free to send me a short message about yourself. :)

Die Wohnung liegt in Perlach/Neuperlach in einer ruhigen Gegend. Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und auch die U5 ist gut erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt in der Nähe, zum Beispiel einen Lidl, der nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist.

Insgesamt ist die Lage angenehm ruhig, aber trotzdem gut angebunden. Man ist schnell in der Stadt, wohnt aber nicht direkt im Innenstadttrubel.

The apartment is located in Perlach/Neuperlach in a quiet residential area. The nearest bus stop is only a few minutes away by foot, and the U5 subway is also within walking distance. There are several shops nearby, including a Lidl just a few minutes away. (onlinestreet.de)

Overall, it’s a nice and quiet area while still being well connected – great if you don’t want to live right in the busy city center but still want to get around Munich easily.

In der WG wohnen aktuell drei weitere Mitbewohner. Einer davon ist momentan im Ausland und daher aktuell nicht da. Sebastian studiert und arbeitet nebenbei bei BMW. Sandra kommt aus Spanien, macht gerade einen Deutschkurs und arbeitet in einem Café.

Ich bin derjenige, der auszieht, und du würdest mein Zimmer übernehmen. Insgesamt ist es eine entspannte und nette WG – jeder macht sein eigenes Ding, aber man quatscht auch gerne mal zusammen. :)

There are currently three other flatmates. One of them is abroad at the moment, so he’s currently not around. Sebastian studies and also works at BMW. Sandra is from Spain, currently taking a German course and working at a café.

I’m the one moving out, so you would be taking over my room. Overall, it’s a relaxed and friendly WG – everyone does their own thing, but we also like to chat and hang out from time to time. :)

Da ich für einige Monate im Ausland bin, vermiete ich mein Zimmer in dieser Zeit unter. Geplant ist die Untermiete vom 1. November bis Mitte April.

Bei den genauen Daten bin ich aber flexibel – ein Ein- oder Auszug ein bis zwei Wochen früher oder später lässt sich gerne besprechen. Es handelt sich aber grundsätzlich um eine befristete Untermiete. :)

As I’ll be abroad for a few months, I’m subletting my room during that time. The planned rental period is from November 1st until mid-April.

I’m flexible with the exact dates though – moving in or out one or two weeks earlier or later can definitely be discussed. The room is, however, only available as a temporary sublet. :)
