Room for subletting

Hello everyone,
I rent a room in my room.
The room can be rented furnished or unfurnished in the photos.
Electricity and the Internet are still existing additional costs.
I prefer a woman or optionally a man if he is calm and orderly.

To me
I work in gastronomy and study part-time.

In my free time I like to be on the road, for example in pubs or at concerts and festivals. In addition, I love cooking passionately and try a lot.

To you
You should be a non-smoker and take care of the apartment. It is important to me that you treat the apartment, the furniture and all the equipment as if it were your own, and handle it carefully.

Of course, this also includes keeping the apartment clean and tidy during the rental and regularly cleaning it so that everything remains in good condition.

The apartment
The apartment has a total of 75 sqm. The room to be rented is about 14 sqm.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need in everyday life. Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, cutlery are shared.

A washing machine connection is provided.

The apartment is completely furnished, so you can basically move in directly and have everything important on site.

Position
Bus stop: about 2 minutes on foot

Train station: about 5 minutes by bicycle

City centre: about 8 minutes

Canal: about 5 minutes – perfect for chilling in summer

If you think this might fit well, write me a few sentences about yourself and for what period of time you are looking for the room. Longer rental possible.

Greetings
Nicole

Zimmer zur Untervermietung

Hallo zusammen,

Nicole

We are looking for a non-smoker.
If you love cooking together, that would be great. Also go together with you to a pub or sometimes to the club with house or techno.
A serial evening or a game night are welcome.
Since I am not an early riser, consideration would be important to me. I take that for granted.
